Purpose of the Changes: . Address enrollment challenges at Eagle Bay Elementary . Support long-term planning for student success . Maintain quality learning environments across both schools Proposed Solution: The district proposes a phased boundary realignment that transitions traditional English program students in grades 4-6 from Eagle Bay Elementary to Canyon Creek Elementary. .
