NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CEDAR HILLS, UTAH Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Cedar Hills, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing in connection with their City Council meeting on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Community Recreation Center, 10640 N Clubhouse Drive, Cedar Hills, Utah. The City Council will receive public comment regarding the following: Final Plan approval for a Commercial Development at 4773 W Cedar Hills Drive, located in the Cedar Hills Retail Center Subdivision (Jack in the Box) Adoption of the Water Conservation Element of the Cedar Hills General Plan Fiscal Year 2026 Budget Amendments Shortly before the public hearing, supporting documentation is posted on the city website at www.cedarhillsutah.gov or available by contacting the City Recorder at 801-785-9668. /s/ Colleen A.
