Canyon Land Improvement District Board of Trustees Meeting October 14, 2025 10:00 a.m. Prevailing Utah Time The Board of Trustees of the Canyon Land Improvement District (the 'District') will meet in public session to hold its Board Meeting on October 14, 2025, at 10:00a.m. Prevailing Utah Time (9:00 a.m. Prevailing Pacific Time). Pursuant to UTAH CODE ANN. § 52-4-207(5)(a)(i) the Chair of the Board of Trustees has determined that COVID-19 continues to present a substantial risk to the health of in-person meeting attendees, therefore, NO ANCHOR LOCATION is provided. The meeting will be held electronically in accordance with the authorization set forth in Resolution No. CLID 2007-3. To attend the meeting, please follow the Meeting Call-In Instructions below. The public is welcome to attend the Board Meeting via phone conference: Call in No. 832-831-2424 Meeting ID No. 216614# The Board Meeting Agenda will include the following items: PUBLIC HEARING: 2026 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET AGENDA 1. Convene the Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Canyon Land Improvement District 2. Review and approval of minutes of Board OF Trustees Meeting held on May 6, 2025 3. Discussion and possible action on proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2026. 4. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2025-003 approving FY 2026 budget 5. Discussion and possible action on Kane County Treasurer Administrative Billing Services Interlocal Agreement. 6. Discussion on any future legal or personnel issues that would affect the budget. 7. Reports from Trustees, Clerk, District Counsel, or others. 8. Annual Training on the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act 9. POTENTIAL CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS PENDING OR REASONABLY IMMINENT LITIGATION, PERSONNEL MATTERS, OR OTHER MATTERS AS PERMITTED BY THE UTAH OPEN AND PUBLIC MEETINGS ACT. 10. Adjourn
