Public Hearing Notice
Impact Fee Enactment
Notice is hereby given that Lehi City intends to adopt an Impact Fee Enactment Ordinance, Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis for the provision of public power facilities within Lehi City. The Lehi City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at Lehi City Hall in the Council Chambers, 153 N 100 E, Lehi, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive input and consider approval and adoption of the Impact Fee Enactment Ordinance, Impact Fee Facilities Plan, and Impact Fee Analysis. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written comments are welcome.
Copies of the Impact Fee Enactment Ordinance, Impact Fee Facilities Plan, and Impact Fee Analysis are available for public review at the Lehi City Office or by contacting the City Recorder, twilson@lehi-ut.gov; 385-201-2269. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the city will make reasonable accommodations to participants in the hearing. Requests for assistance can be made by calling 385-201-2269 at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing.
