Spring City 2025 Municipal Election OFFICIAL NOTICE OF 2025 MUNICIPAL GENERAL ELECTION: NOV. 4TH, 2025 I, Ruth Ann McCain, City Reorder and election Official, hereby give NOTICE OF THE MUNICIPAL PRIMARY ELECTION ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2025. The following offices are to be voted on for Spring City: MAYOR (4 YEAR TERM) - ONE SEAT AVAILABLE CITY COUNCIL MEMBER (4 YEAR TERM) - TWO SEATS AVAILABLE CITY COUNCIL MEMBER (2 YEAR TERM) - ONE SEAT AVAILABLE MAYOR: Daniel G. Rasmussen, Paul Penrod CITY COUNCIL - 4 YEAR TERM: Michael Broadbent, Laurel A Workman, Randy Lynn Strate CITY COUNCIL - 2 YEAR TERM: James William Baker, Chris Anderson SAMPLE BALLOT: A sample ballot for the election is provided at springcityutah.gov: https://springcityutah.gov/vote-2021-candidate-profiles-3/ Early Voting Sanpete County Clerk's Office 160 N Main, Room #202, Manti, Utah Monday, October 27th - Thursday, October 30th, 2025 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM In-Person Voting Election Day: November 4th, 2025 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM Sanpete County Clerk's Office & Mount Pleasant Community Senior Center (101 E. 100 North, M.P.) Drop-Off Locations: Spring City Hall, 45 S 100 E - City Office - During business hours up to November 3rd. On Election Day (November 4th) the office will be open until 8:00 PM to receive ballots.
