NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Santa Clara City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 5:30 PM on Thursday, October 23, 2025, in the City Council Chambers, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah 84765. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public input on the following items: 1. Consider a Property Rezoning for Lot 5 of the proposed Big Rocks Subdivision. Real Free-Range LLC is proposing to rezone the property from the Open Space OS zone to the R-1-10 zone to allow for a single-family residential subdivision. The subject property is 9.27 acres. A map of the subject property has been included. Citizens of Santa Clara are encouraged to attend the meeting where they will be given the opportunity to express their opinion on the matter. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary Communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify the City Recorder, Selena Nez at 673-6712, ext. 203 at least 24 hours prior to the hearing.
