SB174 Update continued and under final review. Comparing the New version to the old version to make sure everything transferred over. New Changes & inclusions considered by town council. Civil Engineering Review on behalf of the town.. Inclusion in the Ordinance and clearly communicated and connected to pass through cost Should this be required or discretionary Does the town have a Civil Engineer relationship / access that would assure service within time required time frames? Implementation of a 30 day deadline for recording of Final Plats once they have been approved with failure to do so nullify the Subdivision Application.
