SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Tuesday, October 21, 2025, a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. by the Salt Lake City Council to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance that would amend various sections of Title 21A of the Salt Lake City Code relating to utility installation exemptions. The proposal would clarify the application of utility exemptions and standardize the footnotes in related land use tables. Other sections of Title 21A may also be amended as part of this petition. Petition No.: PLNPCM2024-01352. All persons interested and present will be given an opportunity to be heard in this matter. This meeting will be held via electronic means, while also providing an in-person opportunity to attend or participate in the hearing at the City Hall, located at 451 South State Street, Room 315, Salt Lake City, Utah.
