- South Summit Elementary Community School Council Agenda January 12, 2026 Welcome and call to order: Council Members: Natasha Pearce, Nathan Quinn, Lisa Flinders, Ronda Bristol, Lindsey Kearney, Nicole Nickerson, Betty Morin, Sara Lynch Members Present: Approval of minutes from November meeting: Celebrations: Action Item 1: Review from previous discussion and formally adopt: Approve meeting dates for 2025-26 Future meetings are proposed for the second Monday of almost every month except December and April. Dates must be approved and published on the website. Meeting schedule is proposed as follows: October 13, 2025, November 10, 2025, January 12, 2026, February 9, 2026, March 9, 2026, If necessary, April13, 2026. Motion to approve meeting schedule by....... Second by..... Discussion regarding Community Council Rules of Order and Procedure. Motion to adopt Rules of Order and Procedure for 2025-2026 school year..... Second by....... Action Item 2: Discuss last year's plan for this year: Action Item 3: Follow up with Big Sisters, Big Brothers Nutrition and Contest: Parent Survey about interest in After School Program?
