PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF EARLY VOTING AND BALLOT DROP BOXES
FOR THE 2025 MUNICIPAL ELECTION FOR THE
TWO SEATS, FOUR-YEAR TERM TOWN COUNCIL MEMBER
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2025 Municipal Town of Manila Election will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
This notice is published in compliance with:
- Utah Code § 20A-3a-604 - publication at least 28 days before the election, listing early voting site(s);
- Utah Code § 20A-5-403.5 - listing ballot drop box locations.
Ballot Drop Boxes
Registered voters who receive a Vote-by-Mail ballot may return their completed ballot and signed envelope by mail or by placing them in
one of the designated ballot drop boxes listed below:

November 4th, 7 am-8 pm-on Election Day
All ballots must be received by the Daggett County Clerk's Office by 8 pm on Election Day to be counted. Postmark dates do not apply.
This is a recent change to Utah's election code.
Early Voting (In Person)
The election is open to all registered voters. Voters who did not receive a ballot in the mail or who would prefer to vote in person can vote
at the polling place. Daggett County's only polling place is at the Daggett County Clerk's Office. Early and in-person voting will be held there
on October 29th, 30th, and November 3rd from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on Election Day, November 4th, from 7 am to 8 pm.
Valid Identification is required to vote in person.
Additional Information
The last day to register to vote in this election without a provisional ballot is October 24. To be qualified to vote, individuals must be citizens
of the United States; residents of Utah for at least 30 days immediately before the election; 18 years of age on or before the day of the
election, and currently residing within the voting district or precinct in which the individual applies to register to vote.
Vote-by-Mail ballots will be sent automatically to active registered voters, unless they have opted out of Vote-by-Mail, twenty-one (21) days
before the election. Voters may sign up to track the status of their ballot at www.ballottrax.utah.gov.
If relevant, changes to dates, times, or locations of ballot boxes or polling places, or the addition of new ballot boxes or polling places,
will be posted at https://manilautah.com/home-2/elections/.
