Present from the Town Staff: Neva Ray.
Meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.
Approval of Minutes: Minutes from September 2nd meeting were read. Board Member Steven Bunker motioned to approve the Minutes; Board Member Bryan Matthews seconded the motion; all others voted in favor.
New Business:
1. Rural Utah Land Use and City Planning Journal dispersed to Planning and Zoning Commission.
2. Review Code for 15.08.07. The proposed code changes are attached in the Code 15.8 document.
3. Review Current Zoning Map
4. Review 11 Electrical Code. The proposed code changes are attached in the attached, updated document.
Open Floor:
Citizen Items: None
Board Items: Subdivision E has not been submitted and will need to restart the process when Terry is ready to submit.
Adjournment: Board Member Steven Bunker moved to adjourn the meeting; Board Member Bryan Matthews seconded the motion; all others voted in favor and the meeting was adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
