- NEWTON, UTAH 2025 Municipal General Election Notice Pursuant to Section 20A-5-403.5(2) of the Utah Code, October 7, 2025 GENERAL ELECTION DATES - Last day to request a General Election ballot: 11/03/2025 - General Election Day: 11/04/2025 - General Election canvass: 11/12/2025 through 11/19/2025 Ballots will be mailed to registered voters in the Newton precinct by Cache County. Mailed ballots must be received by the Cache County Clerk's Office by 8:00 p.m. (MST) on Election Day - Tuesday, November 4, 2025 for the General Election - in order to be counted. Ballot Drop Box - An official Cache County ballot drop box is in Newton at 51 South Center, Newton UT (outside, on the North of Newton Town Hall). Voted ballots must be inside signed envelopes and placed in the ballot box before 8:00 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, November 4, 2025. The ballot drop box is under 24-hour video surveillance. Other locations for Cache County ballot drop boxes can be found at cachecounty.gov/elections. Early In-person voting will be held October 28-31, 9 am to 3 pm, at Cache County Administrative Building, 179 N. Main St., Logan UT. Election Day In-person voting will be held November 4, 7 am to 8 pm at Election Day Voting Center - Cache County Events Center, 490 S 500 W, Logan. For more information on the use of the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA), the Federal Voting Assistance Program (fvap.gov), and related deadlines, or the use of a Federal Write-In Absentee Ballot (FWAB) please contact Cache County Election Division at cachecounty.gov/elections or elections@cachecounty.gov 435-755-1460.
