NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Wellington will hold a regular Council Meeting on Wednesday, October 08, 2025, at 150 West Main Wellington, Utah. The meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 pm as a regular meeting and the agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call, and Approval of Previous City Council Minutes 2. Public Comment Period 3. Henry Etzel - Culvert on Property 4. Randy Thayn - Property Lease Proposal 5. Public Hearing 6. FY 2025-2026 Budget 7. Discuss/Approve CIB funding for the new Wellington City Admin and Public Safety Building 8. Discuss/Approve preconstruction design and construction administration services with Jones and DeMille 9. Discuss/Approve funding from the Division of Drinking Water for the Lead and Copper Service Line Replacement Project 10. Discuss/Approve engineering services with Jones & DeMille for Lead and Copper Service Line Replacement Project 11. Office Printer Lease 12. Councilmember Reports 13. Unfinished Business 14.
