PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL GENERAL ELECTION
In accordance with UCA 20a-5-101(4), notice is hereby given that the Municipal General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
A polling location/vote center for ALL Municipalities holding GENERAL Elections will be held at the following locations:
- Dixie Convention Center, 1835 Convention Center Drive, St George UT
- Hurricane Community Center, 63 South 100 West, Hurricane, UT
Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for voters to return their ballots or vote in person on Election Day.
Please note:
Only active voters who are currently registered in the municipalities that are having a general election and have not selected to vote in person will receive a ballot by mail.
Electronic marking devices will be available at each vote center to assist voters with sight and mobility issues. Individuals with disabilities who are not able to vote a manual ballot by mail, may obtain information on voting in an accessible manner from the County Clerk's office.
Voters must be a citizen of the United States; residents of the voting precinct in which they are voting; and 18 years of age or older by the General Election in order to participate. Voter identification will be required.
Registration by provisional ballot will be available.

Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
In compliance with the ADA, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communication aids and services) during this meeting should notify the Virgin Town Clerk at 435-635-4695, at least 24 hours in advance.
