- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m. on the following project: - General Plan Amendment: Review and recommendation for approval of an amendment to the General plan document, to comply with Utah State Code 10-9a-403(2)(a)(iv). General plan preparation. This recently adopted state code section is a Water Conservation section to be included in the General Plan of the City. The meeting will be held at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
