Public Notice
In accordance with Utah Code §20A-5-403, the following location has been designated as the polling place for the 2025 Municipal Primary and General Elections for Sunset City. This site will serve as the common polling place for all voting precincts within the city, as outlined in §20A-5-303:

All polling locations will be open from 7am-8pm on election day.
Early voting will be held October 28th -31st, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, at the Davis County Administration Building at 61 South Main Street, Farmington.
Outdoor ballot drop boxes are available 24 hours a day, through 8:00 pm on Election Day. Remember, ballots must be returned in the provided return envelope. Locations listed with an * are designated as drive-thru boxes, all other boxes are pedestrian approach boxes.
Additionally, and in accordance with §20A-3a-703, the following locations have been designated as Election Day Vote Centers, contingent upon the cities in which these facilities are located being required to hold an election:

Centerville Library - 45 South 400 West, Centerville
Clearfield City Hall - 55 State Street, Clearfield
Clinton Recreation Center - 1651 West 2300 North, Clinton
