Wednesday, October 8, 2025 - 4:00 PM AGENDA Discussion Items Review draft of Ordinance 2025-1: an ordinance of the Town of Circleville, Utah establishing the Town's designated water service are, defining associated rules and rates, and providing for administration and enforcement Review draft of DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR WATER SERVICE INSIDE TOWN BOUNDARIES Review Draft of DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR WATER SERVICE OUTSIDE TOWN BOUNDARIES.
