- Agenda for the Diamond Valley Fire Special Service District To be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, 7:00 pm at 1651 W. Diamond Valley Drive (Fire Station) Diamond Valley, Utah I. Call to Order: John Cazier Invocation: Pledge of Allegiance: Roll Call: Citizens present: II. Business Truth in taxation discussion Intent to increase the DVFSSD certified tax rate from 0.000340 to 0.0008, the max allowed under Utah code 17B-1-1002(d). $67,513 in additional ad valorem tax revenue from this proposed increase will be used to adjust for inflation to cover station expenses. The proposed increase in ad valorem tax revenue represents an increase of approximately 135%. III. Citizen Comments: IV. Adjourn Next Meeting to be held October 15, 2025 (unless voted to hold at a different time date) at 7 pm, at the Diamond Valley Fire Station
