- West Warren-Warren Water Improvement District October 7, 2025, Board Meeting Agenda - Motion to open the meeting - Read and approve minutes from September 2, 2025 - Scott Penrod approval for will serve letter, coming to also discuss secondary water - Vote on Pat Burns requests regarding renewal of water availability letters for multiple projects, tabled from September meeting. - Discussion and approval of the proposed development Little Mountain Industrial. Scott Carlson, engineer, attending. - Discuss annexation including map and Marriott's annexation concerns. o What is the plan if they choose not to annex? o What is the plan if they do annex and agreements need to be made with their shares in Weber Basin Water. - Discuss the possibility of creating a secondary water district. - Discuss feasibility study by Wasatch Civil. o discussion on increase in monthly usage fees as well as impact and connection fee increases. - Schedule a work session if necessary - New Business: o UASD Conference Wednesday Nov 5th. o On September 11th, Weber Basin's main line break caused a sink hole and water to be shut down, the District has been on Bona Vista Water since then. - Approval of Checks and Bills, billing adjustments, delinquent accounts, financial officer to review purchase card statements. - Motion to adjourn the meeting
