NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL WILL HOLD A REGULAR MEETING AT 7:00 PM ON OCTOBER 7, 2025 AT CENTERVILLE CITY HALL, 250 NORTH MAIN STREET, CENTERVILLE, UTAH.
Centerville City Council meetings are open to the public, unless otherwise closed for reasons allowed by law. Centerville City Council meetings may be conducted via electronic means pursuant to Utah Code § 52-4-207. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations due to a disability may contact the City Recorder at (801) 295-3477, at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs or provide greater efficiency.

1. Notice - Mosquito Abatement District-Davis - Proposed Tax Increase
The Mosquito Abatement District-Davis is proposing a 26.18% tax increase. The Mosquito Abatement District Board will hold a public hearing on the proposed tax increase on December 11, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at 85 North 600 West, Kaysville, UT 84037
2. Public Comment - Presentation of RAP Tax Arguments
Presentation of the argument for the RAP tax. No arguments against the RAP tax were submitted.
3. Personnel Policies Amendments - Postpartum Recovery Leave and Parental Leave - CPP 5.130
Consider Resolution No. 2025-15 enacting Section 5.130 of the Centerville Personnel Policies regarding Postpartum Recovery Leave and Parental Leave and amending Section 5.070 regarding Long-Term Sick Leave
