PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Weber Area Council of Governments will hold a regular meeting commencing at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, October 6, 2025, in the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd, Room #105 (Breakout Room), Ogden, Utah. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Chair Russ Porter B. Pledge of Allegiance - Mayor Call C. Invocation - Commissioner Froerer D. Public Comments- (3 minutes each) E. Consent- Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on September 8, 2025. F. Non-Action Items- 1. A Bolder Way Forward Utah Presentation Presenter: Danielle Neveselov, UWNU 2. HAFB Update 3. Economic Development Financial Incentive Event Presenter: Stephanie Russell, Weber County 4. Code Blue/Winter Overflow Plan Presenter: Commissioner Bolos, Weber County 5. Transfer Station Operations and Budget Presenter: John Watson and Sean Wilkinson, Weber County G.
