Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF TROPIC, UTAH PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO LIMIT CULINARY WATER ALLOCATIONS FOR NEW DEVELOPMENT The Tropic Town Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive input on a proposed ordinance restricting the issuance of building permits for developments that require more than two (2) Equivalent Residential Units (ERUs) of culinary water. The ordinance is intended to preserve remaining water capacity until an updated water system study is completed. The hearing will be held on: Oct 14 6:00 pm 20 N Main, Tropic, Utah 84776 All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comments.
