Discussion and consideration to amend the General Plan Map for approximately 8.12 acres of land located at approximately 3917 N Capstone Way ( 3800 N HWY 89), from the current land use designation of High Density Residential (current applicable zone RE-5) to the proposed land use designation of Employment/Business Park. Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, commencing at 6:00 PM.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for these meetings should call the Pleasant View City Office at 801-782-8529, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
The City Council at its discretion may change the order and times of the agenda items.
