PUBLIC HEARING Please be advised that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on WEDNESDAY, October 08, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at 75 West Center Street, the Fillmore City Council Chambers, concerning a public hearing to receive public comments. - To receive public comments regarding an amendment to the Fillmore City Municipal Code Title 10 Chapter 14 Parking, to address parking requirements in 10-14-2 Application of Standards, 10-14-4 Minimum Parking Standards, 10-14-7 Joint Parking Facilities, and 10-14-8 Plan of Parking Areas. - To receive public comments regarding an amendment to the Fillmore City Municipal Code Title 10, Chapter 1, General Provisions, and Chapter 3, Administration and Enforcement, to address updates made throughout the Title 10 ordinance so that all sections reflect the updates. Those needing special accommodation should contact the City Office three (3) days prior to the hearing at 435-743-5233.
