Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Midway City Council on Tuesday, 21 October 2025, 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Midway Community Center (160 West Main Street, Midway) and using Zoom (Instructions for participation can be found at www.midwaycityut.gov). Time will be allowed for public comment regarding the following item: Alpenhof Estates, Plat E / Plat Map Amendment (David Baird - Approximately 20 minutes) - Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or approve a plat map amendment for Alpenhof Estates, Plat E located at 213 North 1400 West (Zoning is R-1-22). Information regarding the above item may be obtained from the Midway City Recorder at 75 North 100 West, Midway (Midway City Office Building). The information will also be posted at https://www.midwaycityut.gov/the-latest/calendar/ the Friday before the meeting.
