NOTICE: Delta Cemetery Unused Plot Owners Must File Claims In accordance with the Utah Code Chapter 5 Section 8-5 (1-4) Termination of Rights, the Delta Cemetery gives notice that each and every owner, purchaser, or interest holder of any of the below described portions of the Delta Cemetery all of which remain unused for burial purposes for more than sixty (60) years, is hereby required to file with the Millard County Recorder, a notice of claim of right for interest to such within thirty (30) days after the last date of publication of this notice. If such claim is not filed, all right, title, and interest of the owner shall be terminated, and the ownership shall thereafter be vested in the name of Delta Sutherland Oasis Cemetery Maintenance District. Owners name, Block and Lots are posted in the attachment.
