MOUNTAIN GREEN SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF INTENT TO INCREASE MONTH FEES Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Mountain Green Sewer Improvement District (the 'District') will hold a public hearing on November 5, 2025 commencing at 6:00 p.m. at the District office located at 5455 West Old Hwy Road, Mountain Green, UT 84050 for the purpose of receiving public comments on the following: 1. Monthly fee increase of $5 a month ($50 will now be $55) beginning January 1, 2026. The reason for the increase is due to rising costs related to overhead (rent, utilities, transport, wages), goods and supplies, and subcontractors. This notice is being given in satisfaction of Improvement District requirements of Utah Code Ann. §§ 17b-1-643. If you cannot attend the public hearing and would like to submit written comments, they will be received at the District office until 5:00 p.m. on the date of the public hearing. Anyone requiring assistance to understand or participate in the public hearing is encouraged to notify either Jeremy Sorensen, General Manager, at the District office or by calling (801) 876-3416 at least two days before the public hearing so assistance may be provided.
