1. Appeal of an Administrative Interpretation at Approximately 58 E Hillside Ave - Amy Walker of Miller Harrison Law, representing the property owner, Hillside Ave, LLC, is appealing an Administrative Interpretation for a historic status determination for the property at the above-stated address. The property is in the RMF-35 (Moderate Density Multi-Family Residential) zoning district and within the Capitol Hill Local Historic District and is subject to the standards in the H (Historic Preservation) Overlay.
