Citizens' Compensation Advisory Committee (CCAC) MEETING AGENDA A meeting of the CCAC will be held on Monday, October 6, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This meeting will be held at the Committee's anchor location, SLC Human Resources Department - Main Office, 349 South 200 East, 5th Floor (Aspen Conference Room), Salt Lake City, UT 84111 This meeting is open to the public. 1. Meeting Open & Welcome, establish quorum - Committee Chair Brandon Dew 2. Nomination of 2025-26 committee chair and vice chair 3. Review & adopt February 10, 2025 meeting minutes 4. Public Comment: The chair of the committee invites interested individuals and group representatives to speak during this section of the meeting. Remarks, comments or questions will be limited to a maximum of 2-4 minutes. Submission of written comments for this part of the meeting is acceptable. 5. Utah Open Meetings Act annual training - Jonathan Pappasideris, Senior City Attorney 6. 2025 City compensation & benefit updates, including an overview of the latest salary budget forecasts for 2025-2026 - David Salazar & Lori Gaitin 7.
