A. Tooele Valley Connectivity Study, Geoff Dupaix & Travis Hair
The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) has conducted the Tooele Valley Connectivity Study, focusing on evaluating the current transportation plans and growing transportation needs of the region. This study analyzes existing state routes along with traffic and load projections and identifies potential actions to enhance connectivity and redundancy within the regional and local transportation network.

A. SFY26 State Behavioral Health Funding - Local Provider Agreements, Peter Clegg
The Department of Human Services receives a mixture of state and federal funding annually to redistribute and invest in the local behavioral health system. The department has improved how it allocates these funds to encourage novel ideas and ensure accountability, with the goal of achieving real and lasting results for the community. 10 agreements have been executed for SFY26 and the department is seeking ratification from the Council.
Peter Clegg will present on key improvements to the allocation process, how these changes are consistent with county goals, and highlight novel programs being implemented.
The agreements in question have been entered into with the following agencies:
