NOTICE OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF SUCCESS ACADEMY PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of SUCCESS Academy will hold an online meeting on the Google Meet platform. The online address for this meeting is https://meet.google.com/bkz-nhoi-dsg. Please call 435-383-3889 for assistance in logging on if needed. The meeting will commence at 5:00 pm on Monday, October 6th, 2025. In addition, this meeting will be simultaneously broadcast to the SUU SUCCESS Academy campus in the Multipurpose Building, Cedar City, Utah as well as the UT SUCCESS Academy conference room. The agenda for this meeting consists of the following: Conducting: Jodi Porter A. Approval of Minutes 1. August Minutes (Needs Approval) B. Public Input C. How well are school finances being managed and safeguarded from risk? 1. Budget Progress Report 2. Draft of the Annual Financial Report (AFR) and the Annual Program Report (APR) 3.
