IVINS CITY SENSITIVE LANDS COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA October 7, 2025 435-628-0606 Notice is hereby given that the Ivins Sensitive Lands Committee will hold a meeting in the Ivins City Council Room, 85 N. Main St., Ivins, UT, on Tuesday October 7, 2025. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 12:00 PM. 1. WELCOME AND CALL TO ORDER A. Disclosures/Conflict of interest. 2. GENERAL BUSINESS A. Discuss and consider approval of Chair and Vice-Chair for 2026. B. Consider approval of Sensitive Lands Committee minutes for April 1, 2025. 3. DISCUSSION ITEMS A. Sensitive Lands Application for Red Mountain Ranch, LLC at approximately 800 West and Old Hwy 91. B. Additional Items and Updates. 4. ADJOURNMENT Reasonable accommodation- Ivins City will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodation to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs. Please contact the City Recorder at least 24 hours in advance if you have special needs. I hereby certify that I have posted copies of this agenda in three public and conspicuous places on October 3, 2025. Ivins City Hall, the Ivins Post Office, and the Kayenta Sales Office.
