2025 MUNICIPAL ELECTION NOTICE
PUBLIC NOTICE OF CANDIDATE WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Utah State Code ยง20A-9-207, notice is hereby given that Paul James, a declared candidate for Hyrum City Council in the 2025 Municipal General Election, has officially withdrawn his candidacy. Ballots for this election have already been printed, and Paul James' name will still appear on the ballot. However, any votes cast for Paul James will not be counted regardless of whether the public office candidate's name appears on the ballot.
