- Public Notice The Hurricane City Council will hold a Public Hearing during their regular meeting at 147 N 870 West on October 16, 2025, commencing at 6 p.m. to take comments on the following: 1. Adoption of a Joint Agency Regional Water Conservation Plan. If you would like to make comments, please plan to attend the meeting, email cindy@hurricane.utah.gov, or provide written comments for the City Council's consideration by 5 p.m. the day before the meeting. This notice can also be found on the City website www.cityofhurricane.com and the Utah Public Notice website https://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html
