- Notice of Public Hearing: Amending a Land Use Ordinance Public Hearing Notice The Tremonton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on October 28, 2025, in the Civic Center located at 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337 at 5:30 p.m. or soon thereafter. At which time, public comments will be heard and considered regarding proposed amendments to Chapter 1.09 Mixed Use Zone District. Comments may be submitted to Tiffany Lannefeld at tlannefeld@tremontoncity.gov before the public hearing or at the Tremonton City Offices, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337, during regular business hours. For questions regarding these proposed land use amendments, please contact Jeff Seedall, Tremonton City Planner, at 435-257-9504.
