The Millville City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 9, 2025, beginning at approximately 7:15 p.m. at the Ridgeline High School lecture hall at 180 North 300 West, Millville. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public input regarding a request from Steward Land Company that would change the zoning from Agricultural (A) to Residential (R-1). The parcel under consideration is 03-035-0037, consisting of 35 acres located approximately between 100 East & 200 East and 400 South, Millville.
