Scott Messel Community Development Director Notice of Public Hearing The Washington County Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing regarding the Project Plan, Development Agreement, and Zone Change to PDR (Planned Development Residential) for the Solara 75 project. The parcel under consideration is 3151-A-1-HV, which currently consists of approximately 200 acres. The property is located just North of Leeds at approximately 1900 W 1000 N. The property is currently zoned A-20 (Agricultural 20 acre minimum lot size). The proposed development project will encompass approximately 10 acres, which is the amount of acreage being proposed for zone change at this time. The remaining acreage will remain A-20 (Agricultural 20 acre minimum lot size). The applicant is Solara Communities, LLC. The proposed development project will include residential and commercial aspects. The applicants are Babylon Lands, LLC and Silver Cliffs Annex, LLC.
