Fielding Town Corporation Town Council Meeting October 2, 2025 7:00 PM Meeting to be held at 150 South 100 West Fielding, Utah 84311 1. Opening Ceremony, Pledge of Allegiance and introduction of guests 2. Approval of agenda 3. Approve the minutes of September 4, 2025 4. Public Comments - this is time to address the Council with any questions or concerns. 5. Resolution 10-02-25 - Resolution canceling the municipal election for Fielding Town, number of candidates does not exceed number of open seats and there are no ballot items 6. Department reports: a. Animal Control b. Building/Maintenance c. Grounds/Maintenance d. Fire Department e. Sheriff f. Planning Commission Lot Line adjustment/Citizen purchase - de minimis property located along 200 West, between 100 North and Main Street, on the east side of the right-of-way 7. Common Consent - Review and Approval of monthly Check Detail/Profit & Loss Report 8. Comments/Reports a. Administration i. Treasurer New Business licenses ii. Clerk 9.
