- AMENDED NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Springdale Planning Commission will hold a public hearing as described below. The hearing will be held at the Canyon Community Center, 126 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, UT 84767. Springdale Planning Commission Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 5:00 PM *The Public Hearing item below has been postponed and will not be heard at the Planning Commission meeting on October 15, 2025. 1. Public Hearing - Design Development Review: Development of a Paved 11-Stall Parking Lot Beside Meme's Cafe, 975 Zion Park Blvd. Staff Contact: Niall Connolly. Applicant: Matt Rayner. This notice is intended to comply with the requirements of Utah State Code sections 10-9A-205 or 10-5-108 concerning notifying the public of upcoming public hearings. Please contact the Town Staff identified above for additional information about the matter(s) to be addressed in the public hearing. Staff reports regarding the matter(s) will be available by October 10, 2025, and will be posted on the Town's website (https://www.springdaletown.com/agendacenter). The public is invited to provide written comment on the matter(s) at least two days in advance of the public hearing or attend in person to provide verbal comments during the public hearing portion of the public meeting.
