Description/Agenda: The Francis City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday October 14th, 2024, to receive public comments regarding the Frontier Acres annexation. The annexation area is two parcels totaling 11.6 acres (CD-2013-A and CD-2013-B), located north of the Frontier Acres subdivision. The developer is proposing an AG-1 zoned conservation subdivision. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm at Francis City Hall, 2317 South Spring Hollow Road. Persons wishing to comment may do so in person or by email to comments@francisutah.gov prior to 3:00 pm on the day of the public hearing.
