- Candidacy Withdrawal Notice: Michael Kelly has withdrawn his candidacy for a 4-year Councilmember seat. The Cache County Election Team has already printed the ballots for the Clarkston Town Municipal Election. Mr. Kelly's name will appear on the ballot that you will receive in the mail. It is important for you to know that a vote cast for Mr. Kelly will not be counted.(Utah State Code 20A-9-207-3)
