- The Smithfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:35 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2025-20, an Ordinance rezoning Cache County Parcel Numbers 08-105-0017 and 08-105-0009 from RA-1 (Residential Agricultural 1-Acre) and A-3 (Agricultural 3-Acre) to R-1-12 (Single Family Residential 12,000 Square Feet). The parcels are located at 438 and 468 South 400 West. The parcels total approximately 8.13 acres. The request was submitted by Brian Fillmore.
