NOTICE OF ORDINANCES Notice is hereby given that the Cedar City Council at its regular meeting on September 24, 2025, passed the following ordinance: 1. Ordinance No. 0924-25 - An Ordinance amending the General Land Use Plan from Low Density Residential to Central Commercial for property located at approximately 3000 N. Canyon Ranch Drive; 2. Ordinance No. 0924-25-1 - An Ordinance changing zone from Master Planned Development (MPD) and Central Commercial (CC) for property located at approximately 3000 N. Canyon Ranch Drive; 3. Ordinance No. 0924-25-2 - An Ordinance amending the General Land Use Plan from Highway Services to Central Commercial for property located at approximately 1110 South Main Street; 4. Ordinance No. 0924-25-3 - An Ordinance changing the zone from Highway Services (HS) to Central Commercial (CC) for property located at approximately 1110 South Main Street; 5. Ordinance No. 0924-25-4 - An Ordinance vacating a public right-of-way located at approximately 900 North 4500 West; 6. Ordinance No. 0924-25-5 - An Ordinance annexing approximately 80.92 acres of property located in the vicinity of 800 North 4500 West into the Corporate limits of Cedar City, Utah; and 7. Ordinance No. 0924-25-6 - An Ordinance amending Chapters 4, 7, 8,9, 10 & 16 of the Personnel Policy adding Collections Superintendent & Accountant to the list of exempt employees, modifying timekeeping requirements, clarifying qualifications for recreation pass benefits for retirees, updating financial limitations for employee appreciation, adding additional language regarding corrective counseling, modifying procedures for employee discipline, and modifying restrictions on take-home vehicles. Said Ordinances shall become effective immediately upon posting on the State of Utah Public Notice Website. A Copy of said ordinances may be seen and/or purchased at the office of the Cedar City Recorder, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah.
