- ASHLEY VALLEY WATER & SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT VERNAL UTAH Notice of a Board Meeting of the Ashley Valley Water & Sewer Improvement District, to be held Tuesday October 7, 2025 @ 4:00 p.m., in the conference room of the Naples City Office at 1420 E 2850 S, Naples Utah. Meeting Agenda 1. Welcome & Meeting Opening 2. Statements of Conflict (if any) on today's meeting agenda 3. Closed Session as a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, strategy session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares. 4.
