A. CALL TO ORDER:

B. APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
1. Approval of Agenda Order
2. Disclosures and Declarations of Conflicts from Council Members and Mayor.
C. CONSENT AGENDA:
1. Review and possible approval of meeting minutes from September 17, 2025, City Council meeting.
D. PUBLIC FORUM:
Limit three (3) minutes per person; please address the microphone and state full name and address. Please note there will be no response by any city official during this time. For specific questions, please contact staff directly.
E. CLOSED SESSION: Discuss litigation, security, property acquisition or sale or the character and professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual.
F. BUSINESS:
1. Discussion possible action to recommend that the Planning Commission consider Ordinance 2025.XX - an ordinance adopting/designating anew the highway commercial zone as reflected in the 2024 General Plan.
G. CALENDAR OF EVENTS:
1. Movie in the Park - Friday, October 3rd at dusk - Center Street Park.
2. Halloween Story Telling - Saturday, October 25th starts at 4:00 p.m. - Old Town Hall.
3. 4th Annual Halloween Trunk or Treat - Saturday, October 25th at 6:00 p.m. - Church Parking Lot.
