- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on September 23, 2025, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 25-27: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 1-2-202, 1-2-203, 1-2-204, 1-2-205, AND 1-2-206 OF TITLE 1 OF THE WEST VALLEY CITY CODE REGARDING DRAINAGE, PARK, ROAD, FIRE AND POLICE IMPACT FEES. The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
