- The Rich County Clerk's Offi ce will conduct a Logic & Accuracy Test on Tuesday, October 7th, at 10:00 AM at the Rich County Courthouse in Randolph, Utah. This required test verifi es that all election equipment is functioning correctly and accurately recording votes before the upcoming election. The public is invited to observe this testing process.
