Cedar City Board of Adjustments Agenda October 6, 2025 The Cedar City Board of Adjustments will hold a meeting on Monday, October 6, 2025, at 5:15 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Board Members: Brittany Fisher; Chris Bearnson; Chad Carter; Terry Hermansen; Steve Nelson; Dorian Page; John Webster; Assistant City Attorney Karl Andersen; Building Official Drew Jackson; Executive Assistant Natasha Nava. 1. Call to Order. 2. Approval of Minutes. 3. Approval of Findings of Fact. 4. Request for Home Occupation freeze drying business at approximately 2262 West Skyview Drive (R-1)/ FD4U/ Ann & Larry Novasel. 5. Request for Variance of the side setbacks at approximately 287 South 300 East/ Cloyd Stratton. 6. Request for Variance of the setbacks at approximately 1600 North 220 East/ Jason Ashworth/ Platt & Platt.
