- LOA TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING FOR A SHORT TERM RENTAL ORDINANCE Loa Town Council will hold a public hearing for a short-term rental ordinance on October 9, 2025, starting at 7 pm held at the Loa Town Office at 80 W. Center Loa, in conjunction with it's regularly scheduled meeting that evening. All public are welcome to attend.
