- Document C-111 SYRACUSE CITY ROUNDABOUT GATEWAY MOMUMENT SIGN PROJECT ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Separate sealed Bids for the installation of the gateway monument sign at our 1000 West 2700 South roundabout will be received by Syracuse City Administration at 1979 West 1900 South, Syracuse Utah, 84075, until 10:00 a.m., prevailing local time, on October 10, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time on that date at the address listed above. Electronic submission will not be accepted. The gateway monument sign will consist of: - Install of 4-way directional monument sign in the middle of the roundabout. - Supply and install power from streetlight pole to middle of roundabout. - Traffic control plan. Email Stephen Marshall at smarshall@syracuseut.gov to request to be placed on the plan holder list. A copy of the bid documents and plan design will be emailed to interested Contractors at no charge. No paper copies will be available for purchase. Bidders must obtain the plan design directly from Syracuse City to be included on the official plan holders list. A bidder must be on the official plan holders list to submit a bid. No pre-bid conference will be held. Email questions to smarshall@syracuseut.gov. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, a bid security subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty-five (35) days after the date of the opening thereof. Dated this 25th day of September 2025
